About: Immersive experience surprises, delights, inspires, and empowers users. Call-to-action directs to speak with staff for more information and to purchase tickets.
Functionality: Content is sourced from a central content management system (Drupal), which also powers a user-facing website. Motion sensors detect passerby and unveil layers of content upon a user’s approach.
Accessible Design: User stations open at eye-level to provide an optimal experience for people who use wheelchairs or assistive devices. Font and color palette provide maximum readability for low-vision or color-blindness.
Philadelphia’s largest interactive digital wall displays dynamic content on 42 ft. of touchscreens.

About: Integrated, cloud-based point-of-sale system for securely processing online and in-person ticket sales across a multi-channel, multiple location corporation. The project evolved to include retail merchandise sales at physical locations.
Requirements: Extensive discovery of cross-team goals, partner needs, and customer behaviors defined complex and robust system requirements. Top priorities called for an adaptable, flexible, intuitive, and user-friendly platform, with the main functionality to securely process payment for a variety of sales, reservations, and donations.
Contactless Update: We developed a proprietary contactless ticket and redemption system, which provides a contactless experience from purchase through redemption, and a timestamped record for contact tracing. By providing a secure option to validate electronic third-party tickets, the solution boosts visitor confidence and helps aid in the tourism industry’s recovery.

Virtual Fundraiser Video

About: Independence Historical Trust hosts an annual fundraising gala every autumn to benefit the National Park. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the fundraising event was re-imagined for a virtual audience.
Production: After developing content and a theme, we worked with a creative director to produce a video recreating the evening gala experience. The video was shot over four days, edited, and streamed online to donors.
Content: The theme commemorated the centennial anniversary of the 19th Amendment, in recognition of the suffragists and all women who have fought for equality. For her lifetime contribution, sports icon Billie Jean King was honored with the 2020 Year of the Woman Award. NBC10 Philadelphia’s Aunyea Lachelle hosted the virtual program, and interviewed King.
